A critical factor in the success of our programmes is the quality of the faculty members who design and facilitate them. At Hucap, we place a strong emphasis on engaging experienced practitioners who bring real-world insight into the learning environment. Our faculty members are not just trainers; they are seasoned professionals who understand organisational realities and can translate experience into meaningful learning.
We engage faculty members on a project basis to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning programmes aligned with specific capability areas and client needs. Depending on the theme and level of engagement, faculty members typically have 7 to 15+ years of professional experience in their respective domains, along with strong facilitation and engagement capability.
