Client Context
A leading insurance firm with a global parent company required support to localise and digitise compliance training content developed at group level. The objective was to convert existing materials into engaging digital learning assets that could be deployed seamlessly within their local learning environment.
The Challenge
The organisation had access to approximately ten compliance courses provided by its global entity, but these existed primarily as static materials. The client needed the content transformed into interactive e-learning formats aligned with local requirements and ready for deployment on their Learning Management System (LMS).

- Discovery & Alignment
We began with a discovery phase to understand the client’s expectations, success criteria, and compliance priorities. This phase also involved collecting and reviewing all existing learning materials and gaining access to reference resources. - Digitisation & Review
Each course was digitised using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, ensuring consistency, learner engagement, and instructional quality. Draft versions were shared with the client for structured review and feedback before finalisation. - Handover & Project Close-Out
Finalised courses were published in LMS-ready formats and uploaded to the client’s learning management system. We completed the engagement with a formal handover and close-out process.
