Group-Wide LMS Deployment and Course Digitisation for a Healthcare Group
Client Context
A healthcare group operating multiple subsidiaries required a learning management system and digitised learning content to support capability development across its organisation.
The Challenge
The client initially requested:
- Separate LMS instances for each subsidiary
- The same proprietary courses digitised and branded separately for each entity
This approach would have significantly increased cost and administrative complexity.
Outcome
- A single LMS supporting multiple subsidiaries
- Controlled visibility of courses by subsidiary
- 12 proprietary courses digitised and deployed
- Reduced cost, simplified administration, and improved learning governance
Our Approach
We adopted a phased delivery approach to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Solution Design & Architecture
We proposed a single, centralised LMS with structured access controls. This design allowed:- Group-wide courses accessible to all subsidiaries
- Subsidiary-specific courses visible only to selected audiences
- Group-wide courses accessible to all subsidiaries
- This approach met the client’s operational needs while avoiding unnecessary duplication.
- LMS Deployment & Enablement
The LMS was configured, deployed, and tested. We developed a comprehensive user and admin guide and facilitated enablement sessions to support:- Course assignment
- Learner tracking
- Reporting and analytics from subsidiary-level admin access
- Course assignment
- Course Digitisation
The client provided content for approximately 12 proprietary courses. Our team:- Developed structured storyboards
- Digitised the courses into engaging e-learning formats
- Uploaded, tested, and supported deployment within the LMS
- Developed structured storyboards
