Leadership Development
A leading African firm in Engineering and Security Services sought to strengthen the leadership capacity of its top managers. While the company consistently delivered innovative, cost-effective solutions to international standards, its executives needed deeper capability in empathy, avoiding micromanagement, and effective mentorship and coaching. The client initially requested a virtual training program to accommodate participation across its leadership team.
Before finalizing the program, we conducted an assessment to better understand the team’s context and learning needs. The results showed that a physical training format would be more effective given the peculiarities of the executive team and the importance of fostering direct interaction. Based on these insights, we designed and delivered a three-day, in-person Leadership Development Program. The course blended modern leadership principles with practical tools, interactive case studies, and real-world applications, ensuring both engagement and impact.
The program was well-received, with the CEO commending the delivery style as refreshingly different and highly impactful compared to their past training experiences. More importantly, three months later, the HR team confirmed that the program had created lasting value, reporting improved workplace culture and stronger leadership effectiveness across the executive team.
