Our Approach
The project was delivered in two integrated phases.
- Phase 1: LMS Deployment & Change Enablement
We conducted on-site engagement with the client’s team to define system requirements and scope. This included:- Requirements workshops with business stakeholders
- Alignment sessions with the IT team to agree on technical specifications
- Change management initiatives to support adoption and user readiness
- Requirements workshops with business stakeholders
- Following alignment, the LMS was developed, tested, and deployed.
- Phase 2: Custom Course Development
Unlike previous projects, the client requested full course development support. Based on provided course titles and learning objectives, we:- Collaborated with subject matter experts to develop course content
- Secured client approval on outlines and detailed content
- Digitised the courses into e-learning formats
- Uploaded, tested, and published the courses on the LMS
- Collaborated with subject matter experts to develop course content
