HUCAP  collaborated with a professional body in the learning and development industry to design, develop and coordinate the delivery of a comprehensive Learning & Development Business Partner Programme for two leading FMCG organizations. The program was aimed at strengthening employee capability as learning professionals and business partners, equipping participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to position learning as a strategic business function. 

To achieve this, HUCAP collaborated with the body and its clients to define the learning objectives, the program curriculum and shape the overall learner experience throughout the program. HUCAP also provided operational support as the programme delivery partner, ensuring a seamless implementation process 

Working closely with the body and its client, HUCAP coordinated participant communication, schedules, managed stakeholder engagement, and oversaw programme administration throughout the engagement. 

During implementation, HUCAP provided on-site coordination, managing the day-to-day execution of each session to ensure activities ran according to plan. Our team worked closely with facilitators, participants, and other stakeholders to address operational needs promptly, maintain programme quality, and create a positive learning experience for every participant.

Through HUCAP’s structured programme management approach, the body successfully delivered a well‑coordinated Learning and Development program that achieved its objectives across both cohorts.
